Potato stuffing

Ingredients
10lbs potatoes (not baking)
2lbs hamburg (extra lean)
3 onions
3 to 4 celery stalks
3 to 4 tblsp Bell's Seasoning (to taste)
Milk and butter (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook hamburg, set aside
  2. Clean and boil potatoes
  3. Sauté onions and celery
  4. Mash potatoes and season with milk, butter and egg.
  5. Fold in onion, celery, hamburg and Bell's seasoning.
