1 package lasagna noodles
1 onion (chopped)
1 pepper (chopped)
1-1½ lb. hamburger
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
4-6 eggs
1 32-oz. ricotta
1 8-oz. mozzarella
1/3 cup parmesan
¼ cup parsley flakes

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Cook noodles following box directions

Sauté onion and pepper in deep skillet; add hamburger - cook thoroughly; drain any grease; add spaghetti sauce, tomato paste and sauce; cover and simmer.

Mix ricotta, parsley and eggs.

In baking pan (13 x 9 x 2), alternate sauce, (starting with a thin layer of sauce), noodles, ricotta mixture, mozzarella, parmesan. Be sure there is enough sauce and mozzarella to top off the lasagna. Bake for approximately 30 minutes with aluminum foil covering. Uncover and cook 10-15 more minutes.
