Time for the old shed to go. Carpenter ants, mice, rotting boards and not enough space to put stuff.
The old shed was 8x8 with a door sightly smaller than 6 feet. The shed was there when we bought the house 14 years ago. It didn't owe us anything.
Luckily we got some help demolishing the shed. Mark and Ken did a great job tearing it down and carting away the debris. They said there were lots of carpenter ants in the walls.
Cleared out the grass and plants in preparation for new shed.
This was the hardest work for me... quite sore the next day.
Didn't take pictures of the crew putting together the shed.
Took about 3 hours to pull the whole thing together.
The new shed is 10x12 and has a 7 foot door. Much easier to get in and plenty of space for our stuff.
